PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Phalanx Mechatronics LLP is committed to serving its clients to the best possible extent and provides an extensive support system and guidance for customers from online information and contact with sales representatives through phone and email for their purchase decisions. Our products are designed and manufactured to be resilient and reliable for providing quality results.

Phalanx Mechatronics LLP provides a receipt/invoice with a unique number for each sale. We request our customers to keep an e-copy or physical copy safe for the duration of the warranty for the product to resolve any problems.

Damaged Goods & Services, Product Replacement, Refunds and Order Cancellations

• All our products are made with the highest quality parts, however, should any part/product be received damaged, the customer is advised to notify the company or its representatives within one week of receiving the product.
• Phalanx Mechatronics LLP uses highly accredited third-party logistics services to ship its products to customers. That being said, the company is not liable to pay for losses incurred while to shipping to customers other than replacement of the items purchased. If any damage has occurred through company prior to shipping, the company will provide a full refund or replacement.
• In case of damage, we will require photos to authenticate the damaged product received by the customer or if within the reach of local representatives, a sales person or technician may visit to confirm the damage to the goods.
• We provide replacement for shipping incorrect goods once a receipt of returning wrong goods is provided by the customer. On a case-to-case basis, this may happen before providing a receipt as well.
• Phalanx Mechatronics LLP is not liable to pay for any taxes incurred during return of damaged goods and products.
• Phalanx Mechatronics LLP may require up to 60 days to fully replace/service damaged products based on customer location and accessibility.
• All refund requests or replacements due to non-delivery or damaged goods will require 10 working days post assessment and verification of the customer case.
